I play the ps5 remake. I am a strength build. And I wanted to know how I can upgrade my weapons to « crushing » type with Ed in 2-1. I have 7 shards of greystone but when I click with Ed to upgrade my weapons i can only upgrade it to a normal +1 :/

Each of these has a Regular upgrade path that goes from the unupgraded +0 up to +10 and uses Hardstone or Sharpstone. A very large greatsword. Very heavy, and designed for use with both hands. Allows for broad attacks that are effective against multiple foes. You can just buy it from the merchant under the bridge in 1-2, it costs only 6k ...So claymore is good I use claymore in every souls game it's a bit of a problem lol BUT I am not a huge fan of the claymore in demons, it's a little slow and I don't particularly like the move set because of lack of reach though it's very good regardless, if you're used to the quick swipes of the longsword it will take some adjusting, But whichever one you think is cooler is the one to useThe Greatsword and Great Axe are very slow, and harder to use. They also have high stat requirements. The Claymore is nice because it has lower stat requirements, and Faith builds don't want to put too much into unnecessary stats. There's range yes, there's also the upgrade paths. Claymore can go Crushing and Blessed but flamberge cant. Flamberge can go Sharp and Crescent but Claymore cant. The damage from a Sharp Flamberge is mediocre when compared to that of a Crushing Claymore, massive difference when 2h and cursed. From Bleach.
